Motorola Updates Phone Upgrade List

On Friday, Motorola has updated their list of handsets scheduled to receive updates to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. While the RAZR and Droid 4 are, as expected, “in development”  notably absent this time around are the Droid 3 and Droid X2 handsets. It appears that Motorola has chosen 1 GB of RAM as the minimum requirement for ICS, and while custom ROM’s exist for these devices, many will still be disappointed especially since HTC’s Incredible 2 and Rhyme are scheduled to receive an upgrade with less RAM.
